I  Partnership
This vital phase allows for collaborative conversation revolving around your goals and interests so to organize a strong plan that aligns with your corporate culture and primary business objectives.
II  Assessment
Based on established parameters, Sales Velocity will perform a series of tasks that allows us to examine and analyze existing performance conditions both internally and externally. This step provides raw data to reinforce and supplement the strategic plan.
III  Planning
Develop a focused plan revolving around the core objectives and a solid metrics base to measure progress. This phase also includes a step by step action plan, process development and custom templates necessary for smooth, accountable implementation.
IV  Coaching
To ensure the message is delivered, clearly understood and easily adopted by all, learning sessions are designed around effective metrics management, process knowledge, daily activity, sales skills and sales management. A written

After a period of time has elapsed, the Sales Velocity team will re-group to examine and analyze performance conditions using similar and/or the same venues used early on to measure progress.  A detailed analysis will be provided.
