Michele began her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago as a means to finance her undergraduate degree. Since, Michele has proudly served prominent real estate firms within the multi-family, single family and commercial sectors such as Trammell Crow, General Investment & Development and Dewey Homes in various capacities such as sales management, sales coaching, marketing analyst, performance analyst, asset marketing and corporate educational development.
Throughout her career, Michele has established a solid reputation for quality, creativity, leadership and achievement. Most of her successes are directly attributed to her natural propensity to communicate intuitively, build trust, motivate teams and demand excellence.
In 2006, Michele founded Sales Velocity, a sales coaching firm devoted to helping real estate developers realize their bottom-line results through qualitative sales measurement, planning, coaching and management.
Michele’s formula for success emphasizes innovative methods revolving around performance assessment, self-discovery, team building, goal setting, ongoing measurement tools and, most importantly, individual sales coaching. Very passionate about spending time with each individual sales professional, she boasts this as the one crucial element that elevates an average performer to reaching their ultimate potential.
Michele enjoys sharing time with industry professionals experiencing, evaluating, researching and developing meaningful programs and sales plans that measure, motivate and drive bottom-line results.

Lindsay D Rogers
Lead Marketing Consultant
Lindsay’s marketing experience began with her career as a Communications Specialist at GMAC Mortgage in the Marketing/Communications Department. Her responsibilities ranged from coordinating and managing corporate events such as associate events, executive and retail meetings, incentive trips, and real estate and builder tradeshows to acquiring the lead marketing role of managing GMAC sponsored #25 NASCAR driver Brian Vickers' merchandise and NEXTEL series tickets for associates, upper level management, and Champion Motorsports.
Lindsay was first introduced to the real estate industry while working for a local builder, Dewey Homes in Wayne, PA. Lindsay met the builder in 2006 while acting as lead volunteer coordinator of the staging area for the show Extreme Home Makeover in Northeast Philadelphia. Working as a Sales Associate in a new construction community, Lindsay’s sales experience and marketing background began to balance the equation.
Throughout Lindsay’s professional career, she has developed a solid reputation with her peers due to her excellent communication, organization, efficiency, and multi-tasking abilities.
Lindsay decided to expand her horizon further in sales by entering into the resale market by becoming a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Real Estate in Montgomeryville, PA. As Lindsay pursued her career in real estate she continued to enjoy working with people while being very highly motivated to succeed through honesty and a hard work ethic. Lindsay was ready for the challenge to start her own business in an industry she knew would be demanding, fast-paced, and extremely rewarding. Her confidence is due to the skills gained in both corporate and communication sectors.
In 2007, Lindsay merged the sales and marketing disciplines together and was very excited to join the Sales Velocity team acting as Lead Marketing Consultant. Lindsay’s experience of marketing at a corporate and entrepreneurial level is transferred to her marketing and other business responsibilities at Sales Velocity.
